Introduction

The Focus Collective Ltd., abbreviated as The Focus Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”), offers a fair and measured return policy for Oasis pre-orders. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Pre-Order Cancellations

Oasis is currently available by pre-order. You may cancel your pre-order at any time before production of your batch begins.

Production is considered commenced once materials for your batch have been ordered. Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled. To request cancellation, email:

2. Returns After Delivery

If you receive Oasis and decide it is not right for you, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

You may briefly wear Oasis to test fit and experience it as intended. We understand that a product like this needs to be tried. To be eligible for return:

- The product must not show signs of prolonged wear or damage.
- All components must be returned
- Original packaging must be included
- The hygiene seal (if applicable) must remain intact unless the return relates to defect
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show excessive wear or misuse.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product is defective.

4. Hygiene & Wearable Products

Oasis is a wearable product that comes into contact with skin.We allow brief trial use within the 14-day window. However, items returned in a condition that prevents hygienic resale may not be eligible for refund unless defective.

5. First Batch Repair Programme

For first-batch pre-orders only:

We offer complimentary repair of 3D printed components for manufacturing defects or normal wear within the first 12 months. For these first-batch orders:

- Repair costs are covered by us
- Shipping for repairs is covered by us

This programme applies only to structural components and does not cover damage caused by misuse or modification.

6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If Oasis arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.

7. International Orders
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. Return shipping costs may vary depending on location unless otherwise stated.

8. Prescription Lenses
Prescription lenses are custom-made to your individual specification.

Once production of prescription lenses has begun, they cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded unless defective.Prescription lenses are manufactured by a specialist partner based on the prescription details you provide. Please ensure all prescription information submitted is accurate before confirming your order.

If prescription lenses arrive with a verified manufacturing defect, we will arrange replacement at no cost.

If you choose to return your Oasis frame within the 14-day return window, prescription lenses are non-refundable.
